Rings By Design are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have the necessary qualities to successfully run a Rings By Design franchise.
Comprehensive training on all aspects of the business model is provided and all jewellery is manufactured for you so no specialist bench skills are required.
Franchisees guide prospective customers through the design process, helping to develop a detailed product specification that matches the customers individual requirements and budget. They are also responsible for marketing the business in their local territory and ensuring that first class customer service is delivered as standard.
In line with our customer focussed approach franchisees need to be prepared to work at times that suit our customers - This most often means evenings and weekends. Whilst this might not appeal to everyone if you're looking for a business that can be fitted around daytime commitments such as childcare (or golf) or you would like a business that can initially be run alongside a traditional job this might be the right opportunity for you.
Pre-tax profit on a well developed territory should exceed £30,000 per annum and because the business is run from home operating overheads are minimised. The franchise package includes pretty much all the equipment, samples and stationary you need to launch your business but you do need to provide a PC with broadband connection, a mobile phone and you also need a suitable vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
Purchasing a franchise is a big decision - Choose a franchise that isn't right for you and as well as losing your initial capital investment you may find yourself locked into a long term contract that you no longer wish to be in but can't afford to get out of.
With this in mind Rings By Design offer suitable prospective franchisees the opportunity to operate the business for up to 12 months before entering a full franchise agreement or parting with your franchise fee. As you approach the end of the trial period if you are please with how your business is developing and wish to continue simply sign the full franchise fee and pay your initial franchise fee (currently £15,000+vat). If, on the other hand, you decide the business is not for you hand back the equipment and sample stock and wind the business up. All profits you have made during the trial period are yours to keep and no initial franchise fee will be payable.
This doesn't mean you should enter the business without thinking things through carefully or seeking professional advice as you will still need to provide around £5,000 of working capital to fund your marketing activity and you will still need to apply yourself to the training programme, follow the business model and work hard to build your territory.
