How Our Design Days Work

- Prebook your slot so we are able to give you and our other customers our undivided attention on the day.

- Enjoy your free, no-obligation consultation which will normally take an hour or less. If you have pictures, drawings etc of rings you like feel free to bring these with you but don't worry if you don't have a clue what you want because we can start from scratch and work through the design process with you.

- Be aware that we use the 'Precision Fit' Wedding Ring System. This means that if you want your wedding band cuttting out or shaping around your engagement we can do this without taking your engagement ring from you.  

- At the end of the consultation we will provide you with a written quotation detailing the rings you have specified. The prices quoted are guaranteed not to change for 14 days so there is no need to make a snap decision on the day.

- If you decide to order your rings from us we will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost. This can be paid by dredit or debit card over the telephone or you can send us a cheque.

- We will contact you by telephone when your rings are finished and ready for despatch. Payment of the balance will be taken by debit/credit card but this payment will not be processed until 72 hours after the rings have been despatched. This provides time for you to receive your rings and check you are satisfied with them before we collect payment.
